New fruquintinib cohort and randomized Ph2 enrollment ongoing. ASCO 2025 updated 10 and 20 mg/kg cohorts showed favorable safety and encouraging durable responses. 03/17/26:- AACR Apr 20, 2026 poster MSS CRC update. 04/02/26:- Interim Ph1b/2 MSS CRC data cut Jan 24, 2026 (NCT05405595). Randomized Ph2 results expected H1 2027. 04/17/26:- Triplet ORR 25–40% with no DLTs. Randomized Ph2 results still expected H1 2027. 08/12/26:- Randomized Ph2 enrollment is on track; results are expected in H1 2027. Registration trial may begin in 2027 after dose selection.
