1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using biotechstockintel.com or any related account, membership, content, data, email, or feature (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
Biotech Stock Intel organizes and presents information concerning publicly traded biotechnology and healthcare companies, drug-development programs, clinical and regulatory events, market information, company financial information, news, analyst data, insider activity, and related research signals. Features, coverage, sources, availability, and membership levels may change, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.
Descriptions of planned or “coming soon” features are statements of present intent, not contractual commitments or guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Not investment or medical advice
The Service is a general-purpose information and research tool. Nothing in the Service is personalized to your finances, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, health, or circumstances. Nothing constitutes or should be understood as:
- investment, trading, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice;
- a recommendation, rating, endorsement, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security or financial instrument;
- investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, portfolio-management, medical, or clinical services;
- a representation that any investment, company, drug, trial, catalyst, forecast, or strategy is suitable, safe, effective, profitable, or likely to achieve any result.
We do not execute trades, hold customer assets, manage portfolios, or monitor your investments. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should independently verify information and consult appropriately licensed professionals. 4. Biotech and market risks
Biotechnology investing involves substantial risk, including clinical failure, safety events, regulatory delay or rejection, financing and dilution, patent disputes, manufacturing issues, commercialization risk, limited liquidity, rapid price changes, and total loss. Clinical and regulatory events may be postponed, changed, canceled, misunderstood, or announced without notice. Regulatory milestones do not guarantee approval, clinical benefit, commercial success, or investment returns.
Forward-looking statements and company guidance are uncertain. Market prices, quotes, fundamentals, analyst information, news, and insider data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, or erroneous. The Service is not designed for order routing, high-frequency use, or decisions requiring real-time information.
5. Sources, estimates, and corrections
Information may come from company disclosures, regulatory and clinical records, conference materials, news sources, Yahoo Finance, and other third-party or public sources. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or verification of Biotech Stock Intel.
We may normalize, categorize, summarize, calculate, or estimate information for display. Approximate guidance may be assigned a representative date for sorting while the original timing label is retained. Cash runway, potential-mover labels, analyst upside, and similar fields are estimates or research indicators based on available inputs—not facts, guarantees, or recommendations.
Although we aim to provide useful information, we do not warrant that any item is accurate, complete, current, correctly classified, or continuously available. Primary company, exchange, regulator, clinical-trial, and filing sources control in the event of a discrepancy. We may correct or remove information at any time without notice.
6. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law. Accounts are personal unless an organizational plan expressly permits multiple users. You may not share, sell, transfer, automate access to, or allow concurrent use of an account to avoid applicable fees or access limits.
7. Paid memberships, automatic renewal, and payments
Paid features, price, currency, billing frequency, trial terms, taxes, renewal date, and cancellation method will be disclosed at or before checkout. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled. You authorize the merchant and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
Purchases may be sold and administered by an independent merchant of record identified at checkout. If Commas is shown, FanBasis, Inc. doing business as Commas is the merchant responsible for checkout, billing, receipts, applicable payment taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Your billing statement may display “COMMAS,” “FANBASIS,” or a related descriptor, and the purchase is also governed by the Commas buyer terms and privacy policy. If checkout terms conflict with these Terms on transaction administration, the checkout and merchant terms control for that transaction.
You may cancel through the account controls or cancellation method made available to you, or through the merchant’s support channel shown on your receipt. Unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current paid period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where the merchant’s policy, our written refund policy, or applicable law requires a refund. Losing access through violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
We may change future subscription prices or plans with advance notice required by applicable law. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed billing period. Failed, reversed, disputed, or refunded payments may result in suspension or removal of paid access.
8. Limited license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own internal, non-commercial research. No ownership rights are transferred. Except where law does not permit restriction, you may not:
- copy, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, syndicate, or create a competing database or service from the Service or its data;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, systematically query, or use bots or automated means except with our prior written permission or ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our published instructions;
- use Service content or data to train, evaluate, ground, or supply a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system without written permission;
- bypass paywalls, access controls, rate limits, security checks, or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
- remove attribution or proprietary notices, impersonate another person, misuse another account, or use the Service unlawfully;
- present Service content as personalized advice or use it to manipulate a market, mislead others, or violate securities or other laws.
9. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, selection, arrangement, original text, branding, and compilations are owned by or licensed to Biotech Stock Intel and protected by applicable law. Source facts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. No license to any third-party market data, trademark, content, or database is granted beyond viewing it through the Service as permitted by these Terms.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation. To report intellectual-property concerns, contact support@biotechstockintel.com with identification of the work, the disputed material, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation.
10. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or embed third-party websites, charts, news, authentication, email, hosting, security, data, and payment services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, policies, or acts. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its terms. A link or integration is not an endorsement.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, legal or regulatory risk, security threats, misuse, infringement, fraud, material breach, provider restrictions, or discontinuation of the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Biotech Stock Intel and its suppliers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular coverage or result, preservation of data, or correction of defects.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biotech Stock Intel and its owners, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or investments; trading losses; or damages arising from reliance on information, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biotech Stock Intel and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content or representations, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
15. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to support@biotechstockintel.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.
16. General provisions
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service and replace prior understandings on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. Electronic notices and records satisfy written requirements where legally permitted.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice where required.
